Who We Are

We are Laura, Jason and Freya, and we started the huge project of breathing some life back into the former Ventonleague Methodist Chapel in Hayle back in the summer of 2020. In our day jobs as property developers we have taken on our fair share of challenges, but this was definitely the biggest yet - especially during a national lockdown with a young child!

We had planning permission to split the Chapel into 4 apartments, so we set about dividing them up straight away, and it very quickly became clear that they all had their own unique personalities! We’ve had a great time designing them and bringing them to life for you all to enjoy during your well-deserved break in West Cornwall.

Our services

The Chapel apartments are all self-catering holiday apartments. We provide you with the basics to get you started - tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk sachets, salt, pepper, oil, basic cleaning products, bin bags and toilet roll. We anticipate that you will shop for everything you need during your stay and take anything home with you that you don’t use.

Our cleaners are the fantastic Hakayla Cleaning and Domestic Services. They prepare the apartments for you, including providing all bedding and towels for your stay. If you would like a mid-stay clean or linen change please get in touch as this can be arranged, subject to fees and availability.

We have a guidebook that is available to view on our airbnb profile, but if there is something specific that you need help with before or during your stay, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
